Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of enterprise‑grade web, mobile, and backend systems

- Provide technical direction to junior engineers through mentorship and code reviews
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within Ecobank Digital Factory for product delivery and innovation

- Implement DevOps automation with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- Actively research new trends—machine learning, blockchain, API‑led banking—and present practical applications for Ecobank’s platforms
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering (required); MSc is an advantage
- 5 – 8+ years hands‑on software development experience
- Strong background in Java / C# / Python / JavaScript
- Familiar with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases—especially Oracle PLSQL and Flexcube Core Banking
- Understanding of cloud services—AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
- Proven record building scalable, maintainable codebases for complex enterprise architectures
