2. Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving growth targets and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
You will work closely with the Business Manager to execute team functions and drive deposit mobilization and trade transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Booking quality assets while maintaining effective portfolio monitoring to identify potential risks early.
Collaborating with the Business Manager to execute strategic banking activities that meet business objectives.
Driving deposit mobilization and trade finance initiatives across the South region.
Delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored financial and advisory solutions.
Assisting in the preparation of transaction memos, including client background and financial analysis support.
Structuring credit facilities in line with identified business potentials and risk standards.
Expanding the customer base through acquisition of new accounts and reactivation of dormant ones.
Marketing a full range of the bank’s products to meet customer financial needs.
Initiating innovative financial products to enhance client satisfaction and profitability.
3. Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold at least a First Degree in any discipline, preferably business-related fields such as Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Possession of advanced degrees or professional certifications in banking, finance, or risk management will serve as an added advantage and demonstrate deeper industry expertise.
4. Required Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience, specifically in marketing and credit management. A strong understanding of commercial banking operations, financial products, and customer relationship management is essential.
